Can one account have both a brand page and a creator profile?
Yes. Like Facebook Pages, you sign up once and can create a brand page, a creator profile, or both. Switch between them from the menu at the top: posts, chats and notifications are kept separate for each.

What if something goes wrong with a piece of work?
Open the work from Hired creators or Offers & applications and message the other side. If you can't agree, contact us and our team will help.
Plans & payments
Is there any commission on deals?
No. NepoFeed takes no commission. Brands pay creators directly, and pages pay a simple subscription to use the marketplace.

Verification (KYC)
Why do I need to complete KYC?
KYC keeps the marketplace free of fake accounts and scams. Verified pages are trusted more by the other side, and KYC is needed for the blue tick.
